What this consent is

This is a consent to the processing of personal data permitted by the data subject for distribution (article 10.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ) and, at the same time, a consent to publish and use the image of a minor (article 152.1 of the Civil Code of Russia).

The consent is given by the child's legal guardian (parent, adoptive parent or custodian - article 64 of the Family Code of Russia) by pressing the button that allows showing the tale in the examples. The text version, date, time, account email and IP address are recorded in the consent log.

Purpose of processing

Showing the finished cartoon as an example of the Zalet Kids service to an unlimited number of people.

What data is permitted for distribution

The original photo of the child is NOT distributed and is not shown in the gallery. Surname, age, contacts and any other data are not published.

Conditions and prohibitions

• →distribution happens only by placing the video in the examples gallery on the resource named above
• →passing the video to third parties (other than providing open access on the named resource), selling it and using it in targeted advertising without a separate consent are prohibited
• →the legal guardian may set additional conditions and prohibitions (part 9 of article 10.1 of Law No. 152-FZ) by an email to a@nedigital.ru

Voluntary nature and the bonus

The consent is given freely, by your own will and in the interest of the child. Giving the consent is NOT a condition of service: everything works without it.

For giving the consent the operator credits a bonus of 300 tokens. Withdrawing the consent does not cancel the bonus and has no other negative consequences.

Validity and withdrawal

The consent is valid until it is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any moment: with the "Remove from gallery" button in the account or by an email to a@nedigital.ru from the address the account is registered to.

The consent stops working from the moment the request is received (part 13 of article 10.1 of Law No. 152-FZ); the video is removed from the gallery within 3 business days (part 14 of article 10.1). A withdrawal does not affect the cartoon itself in the customer's account.
