About this translation

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding original is the Russian version at zalet.pro/terms; in case of any discrepancy the Russian text prevails.

1. General

The Zalet platform (the "Service", zalet.pro) is provided by Nedigital 3.0 LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service runs as a closed beta: features and access open in waves and may change.

2. Account and access

• →Access to the account is by an email code or by signing in with a connected account (for example, Yandex).
• →You are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox and your account safe.
• →We may suspend access if these Terms or the rules of the connected platforms are violated.

3. TikTok connection and publishing

The Service lets you connect YOUR own TikTok account and publish videos to it. The connection goes through the official TikTok authorization (OAuth); you can disconnect the account in your account page at any moment.

• →publishing happens only after your manual confirmation: you choose the privacy level and the interaction settings and confirm the preview
• →nothing is published automatically without your action
• →you confirm that you hold the rights to the content and the music you publish and that you are responsible for compliance with the TikTok community guidelines
• →TikTok credentials are stored in a protected database and used only for the actions you request

4. Acceptable use

• →Unlawful, misleading content and content that violates the rights of others is prohibited.
• →Attempts to bypass the limits of the Service and of the connected platforms are prohibited.

5. Content and intellectual property

The rights to the content you upload and publish stay with you. The Service processes it only to perform your tasks (generation, preparation, publishing at your request).

6. Disclaimer of warranties (beta)

The Service is provided "as is". In beta, interruptions and feature changes are possible. We do not guarantee particular reach or publishing results - platform algorithms are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit and the consequences of platform actions (including TikTok) towards your account and content.

8. Zalet Kids: paid service, payment and tokens

The Zalet Kids service (zalet.pro/kids) creates a personal cartoon from a photo of a child uploaded by the child's legal guardian. This section is a public offer (articles 435-438 of the Civil Code of Russia); the acceptance is the payment or the debiting of tokens when the order is placed.

Settlements are made in tokens: 1 token = 1 Russian rouble (RUB). Tokens are an advance payment for the services, purchased by bank card; a fiscal receipt is issued for every payment (Federal Law No. 54-FZ). Bonus tokens (credited without payment) are not refundable in money.

The price and the contents of every format are shown on the order page before payment. The cartoon is created automatically, the estimated time is up to 2 hours from the confirmation of the order; we notify about a delay by email.

• →before the generation starts you can cancel the order - the tokens for the order are fully returned to the balance (article 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law)
• →unused paid tokens are refunded in money upon a request to a@nedigital.ru within 10 days, to the card used for the payment
• →if the cartoon has a technical defect (broken file, no sound, mismatch with the ordered parameters - plot, name, orientation), you may demand a free regeneration, a proportional price reduction or a refund of the tokens for the order (article 29 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law); claims go to a@nedigital.ru, the response time is 10 days
• →if the generation failed through our fault, the tokens for the order are returned to the balance automatically

9. Zalet Kids: AI generation and children's content

The cartoon is created by neural network algorithms. The character is an artistic image based on the uploaded photo; stylization, simplified features and occasional visual artifacts of the generation are possible - this is a property of the technology, not a defect of the service.

The content of the tales matches the 0+ category and contains no information prohibited for children (article 5 of Federal Law No. 436-FZ). The "Created with AI" label is placed voluntarily.

The rights to the finished cartoon belong to the customer. Showing the tale in the examples gallery happens only with a separate voluntary consent (full text: zalet.pro/en/kids/consent-gallery), which can be withdrawn at any moment.
